All appointments require a £25 deposit to be paid at the time of booking, which will be deducted from any treatment costs.

You must be over 18 to book a consultation. If you have any special needs or require additional assistance for hearing, vision or any other disability please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
How it works
Book an appointment to discuss your specific concerns and explain what you hope to achieve. During each consultation we will take a detailed history as well as a series of photographs to document your treatment journey.
A cornerstone element of every consultation is to establish if your aesthetic goals are achievable, realistic and cost-effective. Benefits, risks and alternative options will always be discussed and there is no obligation to proceed.
You are unique and we always consider your budget and lifestyle, as well as your desired outcome. Your consultation will examine your face in a 3-dimensional way, discussing in depth the treatments, procedures and after care. We aim to make you look natural, refreshed and healthy. Not frozen or fixed.
The best compliment you can receive is you look fantastic – not what work have you had done!
Please note wrinkle-relaxing treatments are prescription medical treatments and a consultation is always required first.

Consultation Fee: £25 redeemable against any treatments or products.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling of planned treatments or consultations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a non-refundable fee.
No shows or cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable unless prior agreement.
